At Cassini, our priority is that you feel absolutely FABULOUS in our clothes. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item/s within 7 days to our shop at:

We ask that all items are returned to us in their original condition, with their tags attached, unworn, clean and with proof of purchase. Only when the items are returned to us in this condition will we then offer you an exchange or credit note to the value of the item returned.

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept certain items back including, Jewellery,  Hosiery or undergarments.

 

Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, they have been reduced in price for this reason.
